Now we are going to dispute the card payment as we had to order other food after the delivery was not acceptable. He became very loud and would not let us talk. He kept talking over us and we asked him to please listen as we were not asking for our money back but was just trying to inform him. Finally contacted manager in the evening of 12-21 and the manager disputed what we were trying to explain the situation that we experienced and he would not let us get a word in edge wise. We attempted to contact the manager in the afternoon of12-21-19 but the call was placed on leave a message. We had numerous friend here we were ashamed to offer this to our company. The order was cold and not to standard as before. When we received the order the driver even stated he could not find us.
The delivery did not arrive for over 1 hour and the driver had to call for directions. called back to verify and said the food was about to be sent out. The food order was taken on the phone and the order taker screwed up the credit card numbers we gave them. Well they must have some grunt running the place as this was the absolute worst that we have ever experienced from this establishment.
